摘 要:采用大气等离子喷涂技术在X60管线钢表面制备了两种Cr_2O_3陶瓷涂层(有无粘结金属层)。利用扫描电镜和摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的显微形貌和磨损性能进行分析。探讨了粘结层金属对涂层显微硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:所制备的涂层组织致密,界面结合良好。喷涂粘结金属的涂层硬度和耐磨性更优。Two kinds ofCr2O3 ceramic coatings (with and without bonding metal layers) on X60 pipeline steel surface were fabricated by plasma spraying in air. The microstructure and wear property of the coatings were studied by scanning electron microscope and friction wear testing machine, and the influence of bonding layer metal on the microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings was discussed. The results show that the microstructure of the prepared coatings is compact and the bonding of the interface is good. The hardness and abrasive resistance of the coating prepared by spraying bonding metal are better.
