摘 要:为进一步提高Ni60A合金涂层的耐磨性,采用超音速等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面制备不同配比的Ni60A-Al_2O_3复合涂层。采用显微硬度计测其显微硬度,通过磨损试验分析其耐磨性能,利用SEM、XRD等分析技术对涂层显微组织、物相组成进行分析。结果表明:在Ni60A中添加Al_2O_3颗粒可提高涂层的硬度及耐磨性能。当Al_2O_3体积分数为25%时,该涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性能最好,耐磨性相对于Ni60A单一涂层提高了约7倍。该涂层的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主。In order to improve the wear resistance of Ni60A alloy coating, Ni60A-Al2O3 composite coatings with different matching were prepared on 45 steel surface by means of supersonic plasma spraying. The microhardness was tested by mierohardness tester, and the wear resistance was analyzed by wear test. The microstrueture and phase composition of the coatings were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that adding Al2O3 particles to the Ni60A can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coating. The hardness and wear resistance of the coating are the best when Al2O3 volume fraction is 25%, and the wear resistance increases about 7 times of Ni60A single coating. The wear mechanism of the coating is mainly abrasive wear.
