摘  要:研究了一种对1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢进行气体渗氮的工艺方法,采用较高温度在奥氏体区渗氮,通过多次试验摸索出一种较好的工艺方法,并用显微镜、硬度计等对渗氮后试样的渗层深度、裂纹情况、表面硬度、阶梯硬度等进行了测试分析。结果表明:采用温度(625±5)℃渗氮、(640±5)℃退氮的三段渗氮方法,可以满足1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢渗层深度≥0.25 mm、表面维氏硬度739~840 HV的技术要求。A kind of gas nitriding method of 1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN alloy was researched, the samples were nitrided at high temperature and in austenite zone. A good method was discovered through many experiments. The nitrided case depth, crack, surface hardness and ladder hardness were analyzed by using microscope and hardness tester. The results show that nitriding at the temperature of (625±5)℃, denitriding at the temperature of (640±5)℃, can meet the need of nitrided case depth no less than 0.25 mm, surfacevickers hardness from 739 HV to 840 HV.
