摘　　要：精益建筑供应链在减少供应链浪费、提高供应链绩效方面的优势得到了建筑行业的普遍关注,但目前建筑企业的管理组织存在功能缺失现象,无法满足精益建筑供应链对协同合作的基本要求,因此不能达到预期的管理效果。为此,运用活性系统模型对精益建筑供应链的内外组织结构进行设计,对精益建筑供应链协同组织的子系统功能进行分析,为精益建筑供应链的协同合作提供组织基础。The construction industry pays great attention to the lean construction supply chain because of the advantagesin reducing waste and improvingperformance of the supply chain. However, the organization of building enterprise lacks some functions to meet the basic requirements of the collaborative lean construction supply chain,hencethe lean construction supply chain can＇t achieve the desired effect.Therefore, this paper designs the organization stmctureof the lean construction supply chain based on theviable system model, and analyzesthe function subsystem of the collaborative organization of the lean construction supplychain, so that the lean construction supply chain collaboration can have organizational foundation.
