摘　　要：急性重症胰腺炎是肝移植术后多种危重并发症之一,虽然发病率相对较低(3%-12%),但死亡率高达50%-80%,应当受到临床医生的高度重视。然而在临床工作中,由于肝移植术后患者生理状况及病理情况复杂多变,胰腺炎在发作早期常常被临床医生忽视。并且,肝移植术后并发急性胰腺炎的病因及危险因素有很多,使得治疗对策缺乏针对性,治疗效果也相应的降低。因此,本文报告1例肝移植术后并发急性重症胰腺炎,同时综合国内外文献报道进行分析讨论,为临床上肝移植术后并发急性重症胰腺炎的诊治提供帮助。Severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） is one of the most severe complications after liver transplan- tation. Although the morbidity is relatively low 3%-12%, but the mortality rate is as high as 50%-80%, which should be paid much attention by clinicians. However, in clinical practice, SAP is often neglected by clinicians in the early stages of the disease because of the complex phys- iological and pathological conditions of the patients after liver transplantation. Moreover, there are many risk factors of acute pancreatitis after liver transplantation, which makes the treatment strategy lack of pertinence and the effect of treatment decreased correspondingly. Therefore, in this paper, a case of SAP after liver transplantation were reported and discussed, to call attentionto the clinical diagnosis and treatment for SAP after liver transplantation.
