系统分段式健康教育在肝移植术后监护中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统分段式健康教育在肝移植术后监护中的应用和效果。方法:将100例肝移植患者随机分为两组,观察组50例,采用系统分段式健康教育;对照组50例,采用传统的健康教育方法。每组均对患者的不依从行为进行统计,并在转出监护室3d左右对患者进行满意度调查,比较两组不依从行为发生情况及满意度情况。结果:两组患者不依从行为发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组发生不依从行为明显低于对照组;两组患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组满意度明显优于对照组。结论:系统分段式健康教育能及时满足肝移植患者不同阶段的健康教育需求,降低了肝移植患者术后对治疗和护理的不依从行为的发生率,提高了患者的依从性,也提高了患者对监护室护理工作的满意度,适合在肝移植患者术后监护中推广。Objective： To discuss the application and effects of systematic stagewise health education on liver transplantation postoperative care. Methods： One hundred liver transplantation patients were randomly divided into two groups as observation group （n= 50）, adopting systematic stagewise health education and control group （n= 50）, adopting traditional method of health education. The nonadherence behav- iors and satisfaction rate between two groups were compared. Results. The noncompliance behaviors were less and satisfaction rate was higher significantly after systematic stagewise health education （P〈0.05）. Conclusion~ System stagewise health education can meet the needs of health educa- tion in different stages of liver transplantation patients, improve patient compliance, and improve the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care in the intensive care unit.
