摘　　要：21世纪以来,全球器官移植技术日益成熟,但可用于移植的供体器官严重不足则在一定程度上制约了器官移植技术的蓬勃发展。因此,世界各国纷纷建立移植协调机构等配套管理制度以充分提升器官的利用率,器官移植协调员也由此应运而生。从供体的识别、捐献、获取到器官移植的诸多进程都离不开器官移植协调员,包括:供体器官的协调;协助完成供体和受体的术前评估;受体的出院健康教育和出院随访;器官移植文件材料的整理和数据的统计与分析;伦理作用和协助相关组织机构开展器官移植宣传工作等。本文就器官移植协调员在器官移植过程中的重要作用展开探讨。Since the 21st century, the global development of transplant medicine is increasingly mature. However, today＇s major concern is the very inadequate number of organ donors to meet the de- mand. This serious shortage of donor organs, to a certain extent, restricts the vigorous develop ment of transplant medicine. Therefore, many countries have established transplant coordination agencies and some other supporting management systems to improve the availability of organs. Then, organ transplant coordinator came into being. The organ transplant coordinator is indis- pensable in the processes {rom the identification of the donor, donation, procurement to organ transplantation, including the coordination of donor organs, the completion of preoperative as- sessment of donor and recipient, the discharge health education and follow-up visits of recipients, the ethical role, completing of transplantation documents and analysis of transplantation data,and the propaganda for organ transplantation. In this study, we will discuss the previous studies about the important role of transplant coordinator in organ transplantation.
