摘 要:基于超大采高工作面开采高度远超出了传统喷雾降尘有效作用的距离,导致易出现跑尘、漏尘的问题,研究了超大采高工作面的产尘特点及运移规律,探讨了相应的综合防尘关键技术,优化了影响防尘效果的关键元部件的相关参数,提出了8 m以上大采高工作面综合防尘新方法。井下应用表明,综合防尘新方法有效覆盖了产尘区域,解决了8 m以上大采高工作面跑尘、漏尘的问题,保障了工作面生产安全,避免了煤尘对工人健康造成的危害,具有很好的应用推广价值。新方法的提出奠定了8 m以上大采高工作面综合防尘技术理论体系基础,对相关综合防尘技术的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。The mining height of ultra large height mining face was far beyond the effective distance of traditional spray dust,which would cause the problem of dust floatation and leakage. In order to solve the problem of comprehensive dustproof of ultra large mining height face,the paper studied the characteristics of dust production and migration patterns for ultra large mining height face,discussed the key technologies of integrated dustproof. On this basis,the paper optimized the parameters of key components that affected the dust control effect and finally put forward the integrated dustproof key technology in over 8 m large height mining face.The application showed that the new method was effective in covering dust area and solved the problem of dust floatation and leakage which could ensure the production safety of working face and avoided the harm of coal dust to workers' health. The result showed that the new method had good application promotion value. The new method had laid the foundation of the comprehensive anti-dust technology theory system for more than 8 m large mining height face,which had some reference significance for related comprehensive dustproof technology.
