摘 要:目的探讨髋关节超声在臀位产不同分娩方式中监测应用。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月于本院臀位产96例新生儿,根据其分娩方式不同分为剖宫产组(62例)和阴道产组(34例),均采用Graf和Morin法相结合的超声手段进行髋关节测量。结果 2组新生儿髋关节总异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);髋关节发育正常新生儿左右侧а角、β角及股骨头覆盖率(FHC)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常髋关节а角、FHC高于异常,β角低于异常。结论髋关节超声对与臀位产新生儿发育性髋关节异常有很明显的超声特征,可用于臀位产新生儿发育性髋关节异常诊断。Objective To discuss the monitored use of hip ultrasound in different delivery methods in the buttocks. Methods Ninety-six newborns with breech delivery were selected from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital. According to delivery ways, they were divided into cesarean delivery group (62 eases) and vaginal group (34 cases), adopt Graf Morin method and ultrasonic method for hip measurement. Results Total hip abnormal rate of two groups had no statistical significance (P〉 0.05); The a angle and 13 angle on left and right side in hip joint development and femoral head coverage (FHC) of normal newborns were compared, there were no statistical significance (P〉0.05); a angle and FHC of normal hip were higher than abnormal hip, 13 Angle was lower than abnormal hip. Conclusion Hip ultrasound for breech infants developmental abnormal hip has obvious sonographic features, which can be used for breech infants develoomental abnormal hio diagnosis.
