摘　　要：它温查汉西铁多金属矿床是青海祁漫塔格地区新发现的又一典型矽卡岩型矿床,初步估算铁资源量规模已达中型。区内矿体与成矿岩体均隐伏于几百米厚的第四系风积砂覆盖层下,地表地质调查作用有限。在分析矿区成矿地质背景、地球物理背景及矿体特征的基础上,结合近年来在该地区的找矿经验、方法手段及应用效果,探讨了矿床的控矿因素和找矿方向。认为区内祁漫塔格群下岩组既是有利的含矿地段,也是矿源层;在祁漫塔格覆盖区进一步寻找铁多金属矿床,大比例尺地面高精度磁测与钻探结合是一种有效的方法组合,应注重正负磁异常交替部位以及游离于大面积负异常区外的局部正异常区的找矿评价,并加强对磁测解译构造的关注,特别是与已知矿床呈NWW向串珠状排列的构造结。The Tawenchahanxi Fe-polymetallic deposit is a typical skarn type deposit discovered in Qiman- tage area of Qinghai Province. The initial estimate of the amount of iron suggests that deposit has reached medium size. In this area the ore body and metallogenic rock body are both covered by several hundred me- ters of eolian sand of the Quaternary, which limits the surface geological survey effect. This paper discusses the ore-controlling factors and the prospecting direction based on the analysis of the geological and geo- physical background and the ore body characteristics, and combined with recent years of prospecting expe- rience,methods and application effect in the region. The study suggests that the Qimantage Group is not only the benefical ore-bearing strata,under some circumstance it is also the source bed. In this area, ground precision magnetic survey combined with drilling is an effective method, but attention should be paid to the exploration effects in the positive and negative anomalies associated areas, local positive magnetic anomaly separated from large scale negative magnetic anomaly. The fault structure magnetic survey interpreted, es- pecially to the tectonic knot moniliform arranged in NWW section with the known ore deposit.
