摘　　要：2017年9月末，香港、台湾地区和韩国人民币存款总额较上月增No．62％。10月份，香港人民币隔夜拆息下降，月末报收2．5835％；香港人民币即期汇率月末报收6．6313，当月上浮0．23％；境内外人民币即期汇率CNY和CNH平均汇差为92个基点，较上月扩大29．6％；境内外可交割人民币远期汇价之差为570个基点，较上月扩大193个基点；境外人民币债券发行规模比上月增加一倍，交易量上升42．6％；香港、新加坡和芝加哥交易所的人民币期货交易量均出现下降。At end-September 2017, the aggregate CNH deposits in Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea increased by 0.62% month-on-month. In October, the CNH Hibor O/N dropped and closed at 2.5835% at end-October; the CNH spot rate closed at 6.6313 at end-October, up 0.23% from the beginning of the month; the spread between the CNH and CNY spot rates registered at 92 bps, up 29.6% month-on-month; the spread between the rates of CNH and CNY deliverable forwards stood at 570 bps, up 193 bps month-on-month; the issuance of CNH bonds doubled month-on-month, and the tradina volume increased bv 42.6%; the CNH futures tradina volumes in HKEx,SGX and CME decreased_
