摘　　要：教师申诉制度是保护教师合法权益的一项救济制度。我国应借鉴美国、中国台湾的教师申诉制度经验,并在各地先进院校实践的基础上,针对我国高校教师申诉制度的缺陷与不足,从建立两级申诉评议制度、完善相关的法律规定、促进正当程序完善、加强执行监督和其他救济手段几个方面加以完善。The teachers＇ appeal system is a relief system, which aims to protect the legitimate rights and interests ofteachers. On the basis of practical experience of advanced universities, with drawing lessons from the experience ofteachers＇ appeal systems of the United States and Taiwan, we try to establish two levels of appeal review system,improve the legislative perfection, reinforce the due process, strengthen supervision and implementation, and take othersteps to handle the defects or shortcomings of the university teachers＇ appeal system in China.
