摘 要:近年来,负荷状况、电源结构和网架结构等因素的变化直接导致电网风电消纳能力降低,深入开展电网风电消纳问题的研究,对于风电资源的可持续高效利用、电网的安全稳定运行意义重大。针对电网风电接纳能力评估算法展开研究工作。首先,对风电场出力的实测数据进行了时间和空间分布特性分析。然后,在风电出力特征和最大/最小负荷预测方法的基础上,给出风电接纳能力的时序生产模拟算法。最后,以某省级电网为例,对不同季度、不同运行条件下的风电消纳能力进行了评估计算。对比电网运行数据,计算结果表明该方法能够用于评估电网风电消纳能力,可为进一步提高电网风电消纳水平提供理论数据参考。Recent years, the wind power accommodation capacity of power grid is reduced resulting from the changes in the factors such as load conditions, power source structure and grid structure. It is significant to research the subject of wind power accommodation capacity for the sustainable development of wind power technology and the stable operation of power system. Therefore, this paper focuses on assessment measures for wind power accommodation capacity. Firstly, the time-space distribution characteristics of the measured data of wind farm output power are analyzed. Secondly, it provides the time series production algorithm for evaluating wind power accommodation capacity based on the characteristics of wind power and prediction algorithm of minimum/maximum load. Finally, taking one grid for an example, the wind power accommodation capabilities of power grid are evaluated in different quarters and operating conditions. Compared to power grid operation data, calculations indicate that the time series production algorithm can evaluate the wind power accommodation capacity and afford reference data to improve the grid's accommodation capacity for wind power.
