摘 要:在"经济法学"教学实践中,运用社会调查法,实现课内与课外自然衔接和融合,改变课堂教学和专业实践各自为阵的状态,将实践引入教学,强化学生法律实务技能的培养和训练,有利于培养法科生的实践能力和创新精神。社会调查法的运用在法学教学中也受到诸多条件的制约,如学生是否愿意在课外投入精力开展调查、学生能否准确地把握面临的经济法律问题、教师应如何处理好社会调查法和其他教学方法的关系、如何在综合成绩考核评定时真实反映学生的社会调查成绩等。法学教师应善于扬长避短,尽己所能克服困难,不断完善教学目标,设计科学的调查项目,推动教与学良性互动,并根据教学效果和学生的反馈不断地反思,总结教学改革经验,真正体现社会调查法的教学价值与实践意义,努力实现实践教学的期望,以扎实推进法学教学改革工作。In the teaching of Economic Law,there are lots of methods to help cultivate Law majors' practical ability and innovative spirit,such as applying social survey,combining classroom teaching and after-class activities,changing the non-coordination between classroom teaching and professional practice,bringing practice into teaching and strengthening the cultivation and training of students' skills of legal practice.The application of social survey has been restricted in Law teaching by many conditions:whether students are willing to conduct surveys after class;whether they can appropriately grasp the present issues of economic law;how teachers deal well with the relationship between social survey and other teaching methods;how the comprehensive achievement assessment reflects students' score of social investigation.Law teachers are supposed to enhance advantage and avoid disadvantage,to try hard to overcome difficulties,to constantly improve the teaching target,design scientific investigations,promote good interaction between teaching and learning,conduct continuous reflection on the basis of teaching effect and students' feedback,and summarize teaching reform experience,so as to realize the teaching value and practical meaning of social survey,realize the expectation of teaching practice,and make solid progress in the reform of Law teaching.
