摘　　要：介绍刘爱华教授治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的思路和经验。认为脾肾亏虚、脾失升清、浊毒下陷是导致本病的关键;并根据其病因病机,提出了益气固肾、升清降浊的治疗原则,自拟糖肾升清降浊汤,灵活运用中医辨病及辨证论治,扶正祛邪,虚实兼顾,标本兼治,临床中取得了满意的疗效。This paper introduces the thoughts and experience of Professor Liu Aihua in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinufia. It is considered that the key to this disease are deficiency of spleen and kidney, dysfunction of spleen in ascending the clear and sinking of turbid toxin. And according to its etiology and pathogenesis, she puts forward the therapy principles of benefiting qi for strengthening kidney and ascending the clear and descending the turbid, and creates ＂Tangshen Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction＂. The treatment of Chinese medicine according to disease and syndrome differentiation are flexibly applied,which could strengthen vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor with deficiency and excess in combination and treat both manifestation and root cause of disease, and show good efficacy in clinic
