唐以前辨治痰饮的源流和发展

摘　　要：述评唐以前辨治痰饮的医学成就。对唐以前著名医学著作进行研究,发现《黄帝内经》对痰饮界定欠清晰,提出了脏腑水液代谢理论和气味配伍组方规律;《伤寒杂病论》将辨治痰饮系统总结,上升到理法方药的高度;《诸病源候论》系统总结了人体产生痰饮的病因病机,《千金方》和《外台秘要方》广泛搜集了唐以前辨治痰饮的方药经验,丰富了辨治痰饮的学术体系。张仲景创辨治痰饮病理法方药体系,达到最高水平,因此唐以前辨治痰饮的医学成就总结有必要以仲景学说为尺度,进行比较研究。This paper discussed the medical achievements on the differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention before Tang Dynasty. By studying the famous medical works before Tang Dynasty, it found that, the definition of phlegm and fluid retention was not clear in Inner Canon ofHuangdi（ Huangdi Neijing）, which put forward the theory of water-fluid metabolism in zang-fu viscera and prescription rules of nature and flavour compatibility. The differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention were systematically summarized in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases （ Shanghan Zabing Lun ）, which deeply involved principle-method-recipe-medicines. In General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases （ Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun ）, the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm and fluid retention in human body were systematically summarized, As to Recipes Worth A Thousand Gold （ Qianjin Fang） and Arcane Essentials from the Imt^rial Library（ Waitai Miyao Fang）, the experience of medicines and pre^riptions in the differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention before Tang Dynasty were widely collected, which enriched the academic system of differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention. Zhang Zhongjing created the systems of principle-method-recipe-medicines for differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention,which reached the highest level. Therefore, for the summary of medical achievements on the differentiation and treatment of phlegm and fluid retention before Tang Dynasty, it was necessary to perform the comparative study based on Zhongjing＇ s theory.
