摘　　要：为适应健康中国建设对健康服务与管理应用型人才的需求,介绍了健康服务与管理专业设置情况、分析了目前人才培养模式存在的问题及原因,提出了创新人才培养模式的对策和建议。In order to meet the requirement for the personnel in the area of health service and management under the background of Healthy China, this paper introduces the present status, existing problems and reasons of health service and management personnel education and proposes some measures to innovate the demand-oriented health service and management personnel education model.
