摘　　要："健康中国"战略的实施增加了社会对运动康复专业人才的需求,是高校专业建设面临的重大机遇。通过调查研究各高校人才培养方案,分析人才培养存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。The implementation of the ＂healthy China＂ strategy has increased the demand for sports re habilitation talents, which is a major opportunity for professional construction in colleges and univer sities. Through the investigation and study of personnel training programs in colleges and universi ties, analysis of personnel training problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
