摘　　要：中医药院校卫生法学专业与中医药专业的良性互动有助于实现医学教育复合型人才和卫生法律特色人才的培养目标,有助于促进医学院校人文环境的发展和推动教学科研创新团队的建设。在分析目前中医药院校卫生法学专业与中医药专业互动存在问题的基础上,从保持中医药特色、加强卫生法学专业建设,优化课程体系,促进实践教学和职业教育,加强师资队伍建设四个方面提出了促进二者良性互动的对策建议。The positive interaction between the specialty of health law and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） helps to realize the objective of training medical inter-disciplinary talents and health law characteristic talents. It helps to promote the development of humanistic environment of medical colleges and the construction of innovation teams in teaching and scientific research. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the interaction between the specialty of health law and TCM, it should take effective measures to promote the positive interaction in perspective of maintaining the characteristics of TCM specialty, strengthening the construction of health law specialty, optimizing the curriculum system, promoting practical teaching and vocational education, and strengthening the construction of faculty team.
