儿科学科研型研究生培养的实践与体会

摘　　要：科研型研究生培养是儿科学人才队伍建设的重要途径。本文从当前儿科学科研型研究生培养的现状和问题出发,介绍了培养过程中的经验和策略,强调应加强研究生科研创新能力、科研基本技能和临床技能三个方面的培训,同时注重对研究生思想意识的引导和培养过程的监督与考核,以此达到培养高素质、创新型儿科医学人才的培养目标。Training of research-oriented postgraduates plays an important role in cultivating pediatric talents. Based on the present situation and problems in the postgraduates＇ cultivation, we introduced some experience and strategies of the training, including strengthening postgraduates＇ capability of innovation, research and clinic skills. Meanwhile, we argued that attention should be paid to the guid- ing of postgraduates＇ medical ethics and the supervision in the training process. Thus it would be achieved to cultivating pediatric personnel with high-quality and innovation ability.
