摘　　要：对三亚学院理工学院通信工程专业学术梯队、人才培养、教师教学科研、学术研究方向及学科基地建设与协同创新等现状进行分析,利用自己的优势,找出自己的不足,制定了通信与信息系统学科专业建设规划,提出了学科建设3年框架规划,争取经过3年的时间,建设一个具有鲜明地域特色和行业技术应用特色的省级重点学科。Based on the actuality of academic echelon,personnel training,scientific research and teaching,academic research orientation and academic collaborative innovation and base construction of san ya university polytechnic institute communication engineering specialty, using the advantages and finding the shortcomings,we establish the communication and information system subject professional construction planning, and put forward the framework planning and the particular actualizing measures in 8 years.The aim is to construct a provincial emphases subject with brilliance clime char- acteristic and industry technology featuring.
