摘 要:协同创新策略不仅适用于高校的科研活动,而且适用于高校的人才培养活动。这一策略在人才培养领域的应用即为部分高校已开始尝试的协同育人模式,它有助于通过高校与其外部合作伙伴之间的资源、能量与信息交换来促进人才培养质量的提升。从目前的实践来看,协同育人的实践模式应在运行机制方面予以创新,尤其是在高校人才培养质量评价机制,高校内外部教育资源共享机制,高校科研、社会服务与教育教学的融合机制,多元化的高校筹资与财务审计机制,多方联合人才培养机制,开放化的高校管理团队优化配置机制等方面开展建设性的建构与试验行动。The strategy of collaborative innovation can help universities not only support their research activi-ties but also their cultivating activities by sharing all kinds of resources belonging to collaborative organizations.Viewing from the present practice, it is necessary to realize the innovation of operation mechanism of this collab-orative cultivation. Therefore, we should take such constructive actions as reconstructing the mechanism ofquality assessment of higher education, establishing the mechanism of resource sharing between inside and out-side higher education system, creating the fusion mechanism between instruction, research and social service,setting the diversified fund-raising and audit mechanism of university, constructing the multi-joint personneltraining mechanism,and establishing the open allocation mechanism for improving the universities' managementteam.
