摘　　要：在我国经济新常态背景下，创业已成为推动国家经济发展的动力，为实现创业型人才培养目标，增强大学生创业能力，必须完善和构建创业教育生态体系。探讨了高校创业型人才生态体系的影响要素，包括创业型人才知识和能力结构、创业型人才培养的课程体系建设、创业型人才培养的师资队伍建设、高校创业教育实践平台建设等。In the new normal economic background in China, entrepreneurship has become the driving force of promoting the development of national economy, to achieve the goal of training innovative talents, enhance students＇ entrepreneurial ability, we must improve the construction of entrepreneurship education and ecological system. This paper mainly discusses the influence factors of entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities of the ecological system, including entrepreneurial talent knowledge and ability structure, entrepreneurial talent training curriculum system, entrepreneurial talent training teachers team construction in Colleges and universities, entrepreneurship education practice platform construction.
