摘　　要：林区砍伐剩余的枝桠材、林区小型木材厂的下脚料以及木材家具厂的碎料，常年堆积，不能及时处理，存在一定的安全隐患。为了解决这一难题，设计一种体积小、生产能力大且切片合格率高的枝桠材专用小型切片机，可以兼顾小径级的枝桠材处理，以满足林区及木材小型工厂的生产和木材家具厂的碎料加工，以节约木材资源。这类切片机还可以应用于城市树木修剪所产生的枝桠，以往这些枝桠基本上都作为废弃物处理。枝桠材小型切片机，投资小，价格低，见效快，非常适合作坊式工厂和个体企业生产经营。Cut down the rest of the brushwood, small timber forest residues and scrap wood furniture factory, perennial accumulation, cannot be handled in a timely manner, there are some security hidden danger. In order to solve this problem, design a kind of small size, large production capacity and slice the percent of pass is high branch material special small slicing machine, can take care of trail level branch material processing, in order to meet the forest and wood small factory production and broken material processing of wood furniture factory, to save timber resources. This kind of slicing machine can also be applied to urban tree pruning branches, generated by the previous these branches are basically as waste disposal. Brushwood small slicing machine, small investment, low prices, quick effect, the factory is very suitable for mill and individual enterprise production and operation.
