摘 要:利用人工藻菌共生体(小球藻与灵芝菌)在光生物反应器系统中对原始沼气进行了生物提纯处理,以红光:蓝光为5:5的光质,在200μmol/(m^2·s)光照强度下,考察了不同光周期(8Light:16Dark,12Light:12Dark,16Light:8Dark),在不同处理时间下的沼气提纯效果。结果表明:藻菌共生体对沼气中CO2的去除效果受处理时间影响显著(P<0.05),试验启动3~5d去除效果增加明显。同时,当光周期为12Light:12Dark时,CO2的去除效果为最佳,其除率可达到86.72±2.53%。In this work, the co-cultivation of Chlorella vulgaris with Ganoderma lucidum cultured in photobioreactor were carried out to upgrade the real biogas. The effect of light/dark photoperiod were researched under difference process time on the following conditions: the ration of red andblue light qualitiesis 5.5 andthe light intensity is 200 μmol/m^2·s. The selected light/dark photoperiod were 8Light. 16Dark, 12Light: 12Dark, 16Light: 8Dark. The results showed that the artificial algal--fungal symbiont has significantly higher CO2 removal efficiency (P〈0.05) by process time under its treatment.In the initial time 3-5 d, the CO2 removal efficiency were increased dramatically. The12 Light : 12Dark photoperiod achieved the highest CO2 removal efficiency(86.72 ± 2.53%) by the artificial algal-- fungal symbiont.
