摘　　要：1病例资料 患者,女,60岁,突发咽部紧缩感3d入院。否认高血压、糖尿病、吸烟史。患者缘于3d前无明显诱因出现咽部紧缩感,伴恶心、呕吐,无明显胸痛、胸闷等症状,症状持续约2d后缓解,就诊于我院门诊,心电图示窦律,Myocardial stunning means the myocardial contractile function after transient ischemia significantly impaired and gradually recovered after reperfusion.It occurs most often in patients after rapid ventricular rate,acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion,after coronary artery bypass surgery,exercise induced myocardial ischemia and heart transplantation.The process of diagnosis and treatment of one case about coronary muscle bridge and coronary spasm caused myocardial Stunning is reported as follows.
