摘　　要：患者男,48岁。左脸颊及鼻背部多发红色结节3个月。患者发病前曾被钢丝划伤脸颊。皮肤组织真菌培养2周后见褐色丝状菌落。组织病理结果提示肉芽肿性炎症。诊断:孢子丝菌病。予特比萘芬口服及硝酸舍他康唑乳膏外用(1个月),结节较之前减少。A 48-year-old male presented with muhiple reddish nodules on his left cheek and dorsum of the nose for three months. His left face was scratched by steel wire prior to lesion eruption. Fnngal culture of skin tissue for 2 weeks showed brown filamentous colonies. The histopathological examination of the skin lesion showed granu- lomatous inflammation. The diagnosis was spurotrichosis. The number of nodules decreased following treat- ments with Terbinafine and Sertaconazole Nitrate cream for 1 month.
