2951例呼吸道感染人群共同感染肺炎支原体和B型流感病毒的流行病学特点

摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎支原体和流感B型病毒感染存在相关性及季节、年龄、性别分布特点,为临床提供依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对2016年1月-12月医院确诊的2951例呼吸道感染患者进行11种常见呼吸道病原体IgM抗体的检测,并进行统计学数据分析。结果 2951例患者中,流感病毒B型阳性率为20.2%,肺炎支原体阳性率为13.0%;<16岁儿童青少年易感肺炎支原体,17~30岁人群易感流感B型病毒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);流感B型病毒冬春季较夏秋两季高发,肺炎支原体夏季发病率高于其他季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎支原体和流感B型病毒女性发病率高于男性;肺炎支原体和流感B型病毒感染存在一定的相关性,相关系数为0.214。结论肺炎支原体和流感B型病毒感染患者存在年龄、季节和性别间的差异,二者感染存在相关性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections and influenza B virus infections and analyze the characteristics of distribution of seasons,age and genders so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 2951 patients who were diagnosed with respiratory tract infections from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were enrolled in the study,the IgM antibody of 11 species of common respiratory tract pathogens was detected,and the statistical analysis was performed.RESULTS Among the 2951 patients,the positive rate of influenza B virus was 20.2%,and the positive rate of M.pneumoniae was 13.0%;the children and adolescents who were less than 16 years old tended to have M.pneumoniaeinfections,the people who were aged between 17 and 30 years old tended to have influenza B virus infections,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The influenza B virus was more prevalence in winter and spring than in summer and autumn,the prevalence rate of M.pneumoniae was significantly higher in summer than in other seasons（P〈0.05）;the prevalence rates of M.pneumoniae and influenza B virus were higher in the female than in the males.There was certain correlation between the M.pneumoniae infections and the influenza B virus infections,and the correlation coefficient was 0.214.CONCLUSIONThere is difference in the age,season or gender between the patients with M.pneumoniaeinfection and the patients with influenza B virus infection,and there is correlation between the two species of infection.
