规范化操作对内窥镜室患者医院感染的影响

摘　　要：目的探究规范化操作对内窥镜室患者医院感染的影响。方法选取2016年2月-2017年1月医院内窥镜室接受诊断治疗的患者339例,2016年2月-2016年7月177例患者纳入非规范操作组,2016年8月-2017年1月162例患者纳入规范操作组,非规范操作组实施常规管理,规范操作组实施规范化管理,观察两组患者感染率,比较两组消毒合格率、内窥镜室空气质量、物体表面、医务工作人员手部、安全意识以及消毒剂的合格状况。结果规范操作组内窥镜消毒合格率、空气质量消毒合格率、物体表面消毒合格率分别占98.15%、96.91%、95.06%明显高于非规范操作组的90.40%、91.53%、89.27%,规范操作组医务工作人员手部消毒合格率、消毒剂合格率、具有高度安全意识的医务工作人员分别占93.83%、98.77%、80.95%明显高于非规范操作组的88.14%、86.44%、52.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非规范操作组患者感染11例感染率为6.21%,明显高于规范操作组的感染率1.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内窥镜室的规范化操作能够降低患者的感染率,对诊断及治疗的同时保证患者的安全性具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of standardize operation on nosocomial infections in patients of endoscopy department.METHODS A total of 339 patients who were diagnosed and treated in endoscopy department from Feb 2016 to Jan 2017 were enrolled in the study,177 patients who were treated from Feb 2016 to Jul 2016 were assigned as the non-standardized operation group,and 162 patients who were trrated from Aug 2016 to Jan2017 were set as the standardized operation group.The non-standardized operation group was treated with conventional management,while the standardized operation group was given the standardized management.The infection rates of the two groups of patients were observed;the qualified rates of disinfection,air disinfection,object surfaces,health care workers＇ hands,safety awareness and disinfectants were compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The qualified rates of disinfection of endoscopes,air disinfection and object surfaces of the standardized operation group were respectively 98.15%,96.91%and 95.06%,significantly higher than 90.40%,91.53% and 89.27% of the non-standardized operation group;the qualified rates of disinfection of health care workers＇ hands,disinfectants and high degree of safety awareness of the standardized operation group were respectively 93.83%,98.77% and 80.95%,significantly higher than 88.14%,86.44% and 52.36% of the non-standardized operation group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of infection was 6.21%（11 cases）in the non-standardized operation group,significantly higher than 1.23%in the standardized operation group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe standardized operation may reduce the incidence of infections in the patients of endoscopy department and ensure the safety of the patients.
