摘 要:目的通过对外来手术器械不同清洗方法效果的探讨,来提高外来手术器械的清洗质量。方法选取2013年5月-2014年12月使用的373件外来手术器械分为A、B两组,A组56件,B组317件,选取同期67件带有管腔的外来手术器械分为C、D两组,C组47件,D组20件,A组采用液态的多酶清洁剂进行手工清洗,B组和C组采用增加预洗环节的即效泡沫多酶清洁剂进行手工清洗,D组采用增加预洗环节的全自动清洗机清洗,并利用目测法和ATP荧光检测法进行清洗效果评价。结果 A、B两组器械清洗后目测法评价合格率分别为89.29%、96.85%,两组器械清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATP荧光检测法评价合格率分别为53.57%、89.90%,清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C、D两组管腔器械清洗后目测法评价合格率分别为91.49%、95.00%,清洗效果比较差异无统计学意义;ATP荧光检测法评价合格率分别为76.60%、35.00%,清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论预处理可有效提高外来手术器械的清洗质量,手工清洗可提高管腔类器械的清洗效果。OBJECTIVE To discuss the cleaning effects of different cleaning methods on loaner surgical instruments,so as to improve the cleaning quality of loaner surgical instruments.METHODS A total of 373 loaner surgical instruments which were used from May 2013 to Dec.2014 were divided into group A(56 cases)and group B(317 cases),and 67 loaner surgical instruments with lumen were divided into group C(47 cases)and group D(20 cases).Group A was given the liquid Multi-Enzymatic Cleanser by manual cleaning,group B and group C were given the Multi-Enzymatic Foaming Cleanser RTU by manual cleaning and a step of pre-cleaning was added before this cleaning,and group D was cleaning by automatic washing machine and a step of pre-cleaning was added.The cleaning effects were tested by ocular estimate and ATP bioluminescence assay.RESULTS Testing by ocular estimate,the qualified rates of group A and B after cleaning were 89.29%and 96.85%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).Testing by ATP bioluminescence assay,the qualified rates of group A and B were 53.57% and 89.90%,and the difference was statistically between the two groups(P〈0.01).Testing by ocular estimate,the qualified rates of group C and D after cleaning were 91.49% and 95.00%,and the difference was not significant between the two groups.Testing by ATP bioluminescence assay,the qualified rates of group C and D were 76.60% and 35.00%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION The step of pre-cleaning added before cleaning can effectively improve the cleaning quality of loaner surgical instruments,and manual cleaning can improve the cleaning quality of loaner surgical instruments with lumen.
