中药百合化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：百合是重要的药食同源植物,主要分布于北温带和亚热带地区。通过检索、查阅大量文献,发现药用百合植物的鳞茎中主要含有甾体皂苷、甾醇、酚酸甘油酯、黄酮、苯丙素、生物碱和多糖类等化学成分;百合具有广泛的药理作用,如止咳祛痰、镇静催眠、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、抗应激损伤、抗抑郁、降血糖及抑菌等。通过对3种药用百合植物的化学成分及药理作用进行文献总结,以期为百合的深入研究与开发提供参考。Liliums,important edible,medicinal and ornamental plants,are widely distributed in the north temperate zone and subtropical regions of the world. By searching and consulting massive research literatures,it was found that the bulbs of Lilium plants mainly contain steroidal saponins,sterols,phenolic glycerides,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids, polysaccharides and other chemical constituents. Lilium plants showed extensive pharmacological effects,such as releiving cough and expectorant, sedation and hypnosis, immune regulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-stress,anti-depression,hypoglycemic and anti-bacterial effects,etc.. This paper summarizes study on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the bulbs of officinal Lilium plants through the literatures, in order to provide reference for further research and development of Lilium plants.
