摘　　要：本文着重以防御素为代表,回顾了人源性抗菌肽的研发历程和取得的一些重要学术成果;就研发过程中所发生的一些插曲进行了评述;也对本实验室有关核因子和抗菌肽分子HMGN2的研究进展做了简述。This article select defensins as the representative molecules to review back the research history of human-derived antimicrobial peptides, which includes some important academic achievements, comments on some of the episodes occurring in the research process, and also briefly describes the resea^h progress of nuclear factor and antimicrobial peptide HMGN2 in our laboratory.
