摘  要:针对一种适用于RTM工艺的双马树脂,采用动态DSC方法得到相应的动力学参数并建立了固化度与时间和温度的关系。同时借助调制DSC(MDSC)测试,基于DiBenedetto方程得到了玻璃化转变温度与固化度的关系,并进一步推导出玻璃化转变温度随温度与时间的变化关系。使用Arrhenius方程对不同温度下的凝胶化时间进行拟合得到树脂的凝胶曲线。在此基础上绘制了该树脂的时间-温度-转变图(TTT)图,并结合粘度变化进一步得到了TTT-粘度图,可为树脂的加工工艺选择提供依据。The kinetic parameters were obtained by dynamic DSC method and the relationship between curing degree and time and temperature was established for a bismaleimide resin suitable for RTM. The relationship between glass transition temperature and the curing degree was obtained by the MDSC test and the DiBenedetto equation. The relationship between glass transition temperature and time and temperature was further deduced. The gel curve of the resin was obtained by fitting the gel time at different temperatures by Arrhenius equation. The ~ diagram of the resin was plotted based on the data above. In addition, the TIT-viscosity diagram was further obtained by combining with the viscosity changes. The results could provide a basis for choosing the processing technology.
