浓缩当归丸指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立浓缩当归丸高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:使用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)反相色谱柱,以乙腈-水(水中含体积比为0.1%的甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果:精密度、重现性、稳定性实验中的共有峰相对峰面积、相对保留时间的RSD均小于5%。结论:该方法简便、实用、可靠,可作为评价浓缩当归丸的质量控制指标之一。Objective： To establish HPLC fingerprint of concentrated DangGui pills. Methods： Reversed-phase C18 chromatographic column （250 mm＆#215;4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used by taking acetonitrile-water （water containing methanoic acid in the volume ratio of 0.1%） as mobile phase in the mode of gradient elution, flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 280nm. Results： RSD of relative peak area of common peak and relative retention time （RRT） in the tests of precision, repeatability and stability were all less than 5%. Conclusion： The method, simple and convenient, practical and reliable, could be used as one of the indexes of assessing quality control for concentrated DangGui pills.
