摘　　要：从中医对糖尿病肾病病因病机的认识、辨证选方、单味中药、中成药及中医外治法5方面入手探讨益气通络法治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展,指出无论在理论研究还是临床研究和临床观察方面益气通络法治疗糖尿病肾病都取得了显著成果。Research progress of invigorating-Qi dredging-collaterals method in the treatment for diabetic nephropathy was discussed from TCM understanding to the cause and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy, syndrome differentiation and prescription selection, single herb, Chinese patent drugs and TCM external therapy, it was pointed out that invigorating-Qi dredging-collaterals method in the treatment for diabetic nephropathy has obtained the excellent results in theoretical study, clinical study and observation.
