摘　　要：目的:总结中医药干预代谢性高血压及各种代谢相关因素的研究现状。方法:查阅国内、外相关文献,分别从脂代谢、糖代谢、尿酸及其他代谢相关因素的角度对中医药干预代谢性高血压的研究现状进行总结、归纳。结果:中医药在改善代谢性高血压症状、降低血压及各项代谢指标等方面具有明显优势。结论:中医药干预代谢性高血压具有明确的疗效和广阔的应用前景。Objective： To summarize the research status of TCM intervening metabolic hypertension and various metabolic related factors. Methods： By consulting domestic and external related literature, research status of TCM intervening metabolic hypertension were summed up and concluded from lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism, uric acid and the other related factors. Results： Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of metabolic hypertension, lowering blood pressure and metabolic parameters. Conclusion：TCM intervening metabolic hypertension possesses the denifite effects and broad prospects.
