摘　　要：朱德作为无产阶级伟大的革命家、军事家和政治家,毋庸置疑,在军事领域有着辉煌的建树,在军队院校建设史上同样有着举足轻重的地位。从革命开始之初,朱德就非常重视军事人才培养,关注军队院校建设,而且在不同历史时期,军队院校建设的重点也不同。十年内战之初,是军队院校建设的初步尝试;从抗日战争到解放战争,注重为培养军事干部而努力;建国后,则着手军队正规化的建设。在朱德的关心和领导之下,我国军队院校建设事业得以不断地发展和完善。As a proletarian great revolutionist,military strategist and politician,Zhu De has brilliant achievements in the military field. Similarly he has a pivotal position in the history of military academy construction. From the begin- ning of the revolution,Zhu De attached great importance to the training of military personnel,and paid close atten- tion to the construction of military academies. Moreover, in different historical periods, the focus of the construction of military academies was different. At the beginning of the civil war,it was a preliminary attempt to construct the military academies. From the Anti-Japanese War to China＇ s War of Liberation,he put the emphasis on the training of military cadres. After the founding of the People＇ s Republic of China,he began the construction of the regulariza- tion of the armed forces. Under the care and leadership of Zhu De,the construction of military academies has been continuously developed and improved.
