摘 要:目的初步探讨颈围与心血管危险因素的相关性。方法选取接受冠脉造影检查的患者680例,测量颈围等体脂指标,记录临床资料,分性别研究比较颈围与心血管危险因素的相关性,统计方法为PeaTson相关分析。结果颈围与年龄、腰围、臀围、体重、腰臀比、体质指数、尿酸、甘油三酯呈显著的正相关性,与高密度脂蛋白呈显著的负相关性,男性与舒张压、尿酸呈正相关,女性与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈正相关(p均〈0.05)。结论颈围与心血管疾病代谢危险因素密切相关,但男女间仍存在一定差异。Objectives To explore possible relation between neck circumference and cardiovascular risk factor. Methods The patients were separated into two groups based on sexuality, auxiliary examination record, and laboratory study. The relation between neck circumference and cardiovascular risk factor was studied with Pearson relevance analysis. Results Neck circumference had a significantly positive relation with age, waist line, hip line, weight, waist-to-hip ratio, physical fitness index, uric acid, and TG, and a significantly negative relation with high density lipoprotein. Neck circumference was also positively related to diastolic pressure and uric acid among male patients, and to fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin among female patients. ( P〈0.05 in all cases ) . Conclusion Neck circumference is closely related to cardiovascular risk factor, but there are still some differences between male and female.
