巧用黄斑马亲水导丝辅助胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨黄斑马亲水导丝辅助胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管的护理配合。方法对125例患者经黄斑马亲水导丝辅助行胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管。术中应密切配合操作者放入已留置黄斑马亲水导丝的空肠营养管，把握导丝撤回时机，完成口鼻交换。结果125例]患者经黄斑马亲水导丝辅助行胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管，经过密切的护理配合均成功置入，所有患者经x线透视检查证实营养管头端均已送至屈氏韧带以下。结论黄斑马亲水导丝辅助胃镜下放置鼻空肠营养管成功率高，患者痛苦少。Objective To explore the yellow zebra hydrophilic godet auxiliary placed under gastroscope nasal jejunum nutrition tube nursing cooperation. Methods In 125 cases, the nasal jejunum was placed under the gastroscope of yellow zebras. In the operation, the operator should be closely cooperated with the operator to put in the empty enteral nutrition tube which was left in the yellow zebra＇s hydrophilic guide wire, and the timing of the guide wire was taken to complete the mouth and nose exchange. Results 125 patients with the yellow zebra hydrophilic godet auxiliary line placed under gastroscope nasal jejunum nutrition tube after close nursing cooperation of all successful placement, all patients were confirmed that the nutrition tube have been sent to Treitz by X-ray fluoroscopy. Conclusion The yellow zebra hydrophilic godet auxiliary placed under gastroscope nasal jejunum nutrition tube has high success rate and less pain.
