摘  要:深部软岩巷道、硐室大变形与破坏问题越来越突出,一直没有彻底解决。对平煤四矿-350 m高低压水转换装备的硐室变形破坏问题展开研究,通过现场观测、理论分析等方法,提出注浆+高强预应力锚杆+锚索+钢筋网协同支护方案,通过工程实践验证,该支护方案能够有效地控制硐室变形破坏问题,解决了原支护条件下多次扩帮、卧底修复等复杂工序问题,保证了硐室内的设备稳定运行和人员安全。Deep soft rock roadway,chamber deformation and damage problems become more and more prominent, has not been completely resolved. The problem of deformation and failure of the chamber of -350 m high and low pressure water conversion equipment in Pingdingshan No.4 mine is studied. Through the methods of on-site observation and theoretical analysis,puts forward the synergetic support of grouting+high strength prestressed anchor+anchor+mesh reinforcement. According to the engineering practice, the support scheme can effectively control the deformation anddamage of the chamber, solve the complicated process of the next support and undercover repair under the original support condition, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment in the chamber and the personnel safety.
