摘　　要：联接法兰是采煤机摇臂的重要组成部分,摇臂通过联接法兰传递力矩带动滚筒旋转。煤矿井下工作面环境恶劣,给采煤机检修带来了困难,为提高采煤机检修效率,针对采煤机维修时摇臂联接法兰难以拆装的问题,设计了摇臂联接法兰拆装工具,提高了采煤机维修效率。The connecting flange is an important component of the rocker arm of the shearer, and the rocker arm transmits torque through the connecting flange to drive the roller to rotate. The environment of coal mine working face bad, difficult to coal mining machine maintenance, in order to improve the efficiency of coal mining machine maintenance, maintenance for shearer rocker arm connecting flange to disassembly, disassembly tool rocker flange design, improve the maintenance efficiency of shearer.
