临床药师参与260例临床会诊的作用与价值

摘　　要：目的:通过分析首都医科大学宣武医院2016年所有临床药师参与的临床会诊,探讨临床药师在会诊中的作用与价值。方法:收集整理2016年首都医科大学宣武医院所有临床药师参与的临床会诊,回顾性分析科室分布、患者年龄、性别、会诊目的、会诊建议类型和采纳情况及病情转归情况。结果:2016年临床药师参与会诊260例,共353例次,其中排在前3位的是抗感染会诊、不良反应会诊和营养会诊,分别是284(80.5%)例次、26(7.4%)例次和17(4.8%)例次。共提出建议771条,临床采纳建议共760条,采纳率达到98.6%。结论:临床药师参与临床会诊可以在抗感染治疗、营养支持及预防和治疗不良反应等方面提供药学服务,保证患者安全有效用药。Objective：To explore the role and the value of the pharmacist in consultations,we analyzed all clinical consultations in 2016.Methods：Collected all the pharmacist consultations in 2016,retrospectively analyzed the distribution of clinical departments,patients＇ age,gender,the aim of consultation,consultation types and adoption rate and patient outcome.Results：There were 260 cases of consultations,total of 353 case-times.The top three consultation types were anti-infection consultations,adverse drug reaction consultations and the nutrition consultations,respectively was 284 （80.5%） case-times,26 （7.4%） case-times and 17 （4.8%） case-times.The total suggestions were 771,the clinical adopted suggestions were 760,adoption rates reached 98.6%.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists-led consultation can provide pharmaceutical services in several areas such as anti-infection therapy,nutritional support and prevention and treatment of adverse drug reactions,to ensure that patients are safe and effective.
