摘 要:以异戊烯醇与环氧丙烷及环氧乙烷开环聚合制得疏水改性的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段聚醚,进一步与丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基磺酸钠进行水溶液自由基共聚,合成侧链疏水改性的减水剂。考察了丙烯酸与改性聚醚比例、环氧丙烷疏水链段数目对减水剂分散性、表面活性和混凝土含气量的影响。结果表明,侧链疏水改性聚羧酸具有优异的分散及分散保持性、较低的表面张力,能够显著地降低混凝土的含气量,并提高混凝土的抗压强度。Hydrophobically modified block polyether was prepared by ring opening polymerization of prenyl alcohol with propylene oxide and epoxy ethylene,and therefore copolymerized with acrylic acid and methyl allyl sulfonic acid by free radical copolymerization to synthesize a water reducing agent with hydrophobic modification side chains. The influence of the molar ratio of acrylic acid to modified polyether and the number of hydrophobic segments on the cement dispersion ability,surface activity and concrete air content was investigated. It was found that polycarboxylate superplasticizer with hydrophobic side chains has excellent dispersing ability,and lower surface tension,which can significantly reduce the air content of concrete and increase the compressive strength of concrete.
