摘 要:采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了槲皮素在多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:槲皮素多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极上均能产生一对氧化还原峰,氧化峰电位和还原峰电位分别为0.488,0.348V,氧化峰电流是裸多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极氧化峰电流的5.3倍,多壁碳纳米管对槲皮素有良好的催化作用。槲皮素在修饰电极上的电化学反是2质子,2电子反应过程。采用中性红为探针研究了槲皮素与脱氧核糖核酸之间的相互作用,结果表明两者可通过嵌插方式相结合。The electrochemical behavior of quercetin on multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified carbon paste electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.It was found that the modified electrode could produce a pair of redox peaks,and potential of anodic peak and cathodic peak were 0.488,0.348 V,respectively.Anodic peak current at the modified electrode was 5.3 times that of anodic peak current of the bare modified electrode.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes for quercetin had good catalytic activity.The electrode process was 2 protons and 2 electrons reaction.The interaction between quercetin and DNA using neutral red as a probe is mainly attributed to the embed mode.
