江西省农产品冷链物流发展现状与对策分析

摘　　要：我国经济现阶段处于稳中向好发展状态,人民生活水平由温饱逐渐转变为小康,随着人民生活水平的提高,其餐桌品种不断丰富,生鲜农产品的需求不断增长,对农产品冷链物流的要求也越来越高.江西是一个农业大省,农产品物流的发展十分关键.近年来,江西省农产品产销量不断攀升,为长三角、珠三角和闽三角等地供应了大量优质农产品.冷链物流有助于保障生鲜农产品的品质与安全,保证农产品在市场上的价值,保障人民餐桌的安全与多元化.本文对江西省农产品冷链物流现状进行分析,指出了农产品冷链物流目前存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策.China＇S economy is growing in a steady state, the living conditions had gradually changed from the food and clothing to a well-off, with the improvement of the living standards of the masses, people＇S foods were rich all the time. With the growing demand for fresh agricultural products, the requirements of agricultural cold chain logistics became higher and higher. Jiangxi is a large agricul- tural province, the development of agricultural products logistics is critical. In recent years, the trades of agricultural production were rising in Jiangxi Province, and supply a large number of high-quality agricultural products for the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Fujian triangle and other places. Cold chain logistics can help protect the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products. It can help ensure the value of agricultural products in the market, it help protect the safety and diversity of people dining table. Analyzing the status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province, and points out some problems existing in the cold chain of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province, can help puts forward some countermeasures accordingly
