桉柠蒎配合布地奈德鼻喷剂在慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内窥镜手术围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的研究桉柠蒎配合布地奈德鼻喷剂在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜围手术期的作用。方法将87例功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者，分为实验组45人、对照组42人，两组均接受相同的手术治疗及术前、术后处理，实验组在术前1周开始服用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊300rag／次，每日3次和布地奈德鼻喷剂1喷／次，每日2次，持续至术后4周；对照组不服用桉柠蒎胶囊，仅使用布地奈德鼻喷剂。分别于术前、术后第7、14、21、28d对患者进行VAS评分和改良Lund—Kennedy内镜评分进行比较分析。结果实验组患者术后鼻腔分泌物减少、鼻后滴涕及鼻内镜评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论桉柠蒎在功能性内窥镜围手术期治疗中能明显改善鼻部症状，提高手术疗效，是鼻内窥镜手术围手术期的理想辅助用药。Objective To investigate the function of Eucalyptol-limonene-pinene combined with Rhinocort nasal spray in the functional endoscopy during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 87 persons with chronic sinusitis who had received functional endoscopy surgery were divided into experimental group （n = 45）and control group （n = 42）. Patients in both groups received the same treatment by surgery and routine disposal after operation. Patients in the experimental group were treated with the Eucalyptol- Limonene-Pinene Soft capsules and Rhinocort nasal spray for 1 week before the operation until 4 weeks after the operation. The observation and statistics of patients were done respectively before the operation and 7, 14,21,28 d after the operation about visual analog scale（VAS）and endoscopic Lund-Mackay score. Results The reduction of the secretion in the nasal cavity,postnasal drip and endoscopic Lund-Mackay score of the experimental group after the operation were better than the control group. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion In the functional endoscopy during the perioperative period, Eucalyptol- Limonene-Pinene can significantly improve the symptom of nose and improve the curative effect. It provides an effective auxiliary means.
