谢慧教授针药合治老年性耳聋之临床经验

摘　　要：老年性耳聋又称年龄相关性听力损失，是指随着年龄增长逐渐出现的以高频听力下降为主的感音神经性聋。谢慧教授临证，认为老年性耳聋虽以肾精亏虚，耳窍失养为病机根本，然脾气亏虚，清阳不升亦是关键因素。治疗上针药并施，针以泥丸八阵、晕听区等头部腧穴为主，方以脾肾双补，分段论治。兹简要介绍谢慧教授治疗老年性耳聋之经验如下，以飧同道。Presbycusis, also called age related hearing loss, is a sensorineural hearing loss, which is mainly accompanied by high frequency hearing loss as age increases. Based on years of clinical experiences, Professor Xie Hui proposed that the basic pathogenesis of presbycusis are deficiency of kidney essence and malnutrition of ear. However, the deficiency of Spleen Qi and the disorder of Yang Qi are also the key factors. In treatment, we combine acupuncture and herbs,mainly selecting the head acupoints, such as Niwan Ba Zhen and Dizzy auditory area and tonifying prescription of spleen and kidney, step by step. We briefly introduce the experience of Professor Xie Hui in the treatment of presbycusis are as follows.
