抗肝片吸虫药碘醚柳胺的合成

摘　　要：以DMF为溶剂,对氯苯酚与3,4-二氯硝基苯在PEG-600与碳酸钠作用下,Williamson醚化反应制得醚化物2-氯-4-硝基苯基-对-氯苯基醚。醚化物以甲苯为溶剂,在Pd/C催化剂的作用下加氢还原成4-氨基-2-氯苯基-对-氯苯基醚,过滤除去催化剂后在还原物的甲苯溶液中加入3,5-二碘-2-羟基水杨酸与三氯化磷制备碘醚柳胺。反应的总收率为76.62%。Under the effect of sodium carbonate and PEG-600 catalyst, etherification was prepared from 4-chlorophenol via williamson reaction with 1,2-dichloro-4-nitrobenzene in DMF. Pd/C as catalyst and hydrogen and etherification were the raw materials hydrogenate the etherification to 4-Amino-2-chlorophenyl-P-chlorophenyl ether in toluene. The catalyst were filtered from the toluene solution of reductant. Finally,the preparation of rafoxanide from toluene solution and diiodosalicylic acid as raw materials and phosphorus trichloride overall yield of 76.62%.
