摘 要:加深对混凝土水池的墙体分缝与止水优化的研究深度不但作用巨大,而且刻不容缓.本文联系实际工程,通过卡塔尔某大型水池项目,根据水池墙体温度裂缝控制的计算方法,计算出了满足防渗要求的伸缩缝的间距;利用有限元软件建立水池仿真模型对结果进行了检验,并对墙体施工缝的止水与模板安装进行了优化.仿真模型的计算结果表明水池各处应力应变都在规定值之内,证明数值计算结果准确性以及参数选取的合理性;对墙体不同分缝长度下的裂缝宽度进行了统计,得出了分缝长度与裂缝宽度的关系曲线;同时,伸缩缝的止水结构以及止水与端部模板的安装方法的优化使得止水性能得到了较大提升.该研究成果对水池墙体的防渗具有一定的指导作用.To enhance the concrete pool wall waterproof parting and the depth of research not only enormous effect, and it is imperative.This article takes a practical engineering, a large pool project in Qatar as object, the calculation method of temperature crack control based on pool wall, the spacing of the expansion joints was calculated to meet the requirements of seepage control. The results were tested by using the finite ele- ment software to build the pool simulation model, and the wall construction joints with the water-stop tem- plate installation was optimized. The simulation results show that the stress and strain are all within the spec- ified value, which proves the accuracy of the numerical results and the rationality of parameters selection. The widths of crack under different lengths of wall are counted. And the relationship between the length of slit and the width of crack is obtained. Meanwhile, optimization of waterstop structure for expansion joint and im- provement of end template mounting method, making the sealing performance has been greatly improved. The results of this research have certain guiding function to seepage control of pool walls.
