摘 要:针对浙江沿海地区汛期经常发生台风暴雨侵袭而导致早龄期混凝土很容易开裂的问题,以某水库工程混凝土重力坝4号岸坡坝段为例,采用三维有限元仿真计算程序模拟了该坝段在施工期多次遭遇典型台风暴雨时的温度场和应力场的发展过程.计算表明,台风和暴雨会导致混凝土表面散热系数很大,早龄期混凝土内外温差剧增,表面产生的拉应力极易超过抗拉强度,导致裂缝产生,危害混凝土结构安全.当施加了适当的防雨和保温措施后,可以避免这种危害的产生.A three-dimensional finite element calculation program is used to solve the probtems that the early age concrete is easy to crack due to the frequent occurrence of typhoon and rainstorm in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province.This paper takes the bank slope dam section No.4 of concrete gravity dam of a reservoir for example, the temperature field and stress field of the bank slope dam section of the gravity dam which suffer- ing several typical typhoon storms during construction are simulated. The simulation results show that ty- phoon and rainstorm will lead the concrete surface coefficient of heat transfer become very large. The early age temperature difference between internal and external of the concrete will increase, resulting in a larger tensile stress on the surface easily exceeding the tensile strength, which will be prone to surface crack, so as to en- danger the safety of concrete structure. When the appropriate rain-proof and heat-insulation measures are ap- plied, the occurrence of such hazards can be avoided.
